Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dg14 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you automatically agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use dg14's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and dg14 as the platform operator. The platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is lawful.
Dg14 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation and Security
- Only one account is permitted per individual.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- Identity verification is required before any financial transaction can be processed.
- The use of a false identity or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Notify dg14 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Dg14 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
- The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access the platform is prohibited.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Every dg14 user is required to use the platform responsibly, honestly, and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. Misuse of the platform, any attempt to defraud the system or other users, or any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes or money laundering.
- Placing bets using funds obtained through illegal means.
- Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
- Using unauthorised third-party software during gameplay.
Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the dg14 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local deposit and withdrawal methods, including FPX and approved Malaysian e-wallets. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform.
Full identity verification is required before any withdrawal is approved. dg14 reserves the right to hold or cancel transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the account in question will be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits made cannot be transferred to another user. Balances in accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to the inactive account policy set by dg14. Users are encouraged to review the FAQ for more information on the payment process.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Dg14 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or your own negligence. dg14's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you have deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the dg14 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of dg14 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from dg14.
Third-Party Links
The dg14 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. dg14 has no control over the content of those third-party websites or services and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site before using it.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Dg14 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or any activity that poses a risk to the platform or other users. Suspended accounts are unable to make deposits or withdrawals until the investigation is complete. Users may contact the support team at [email protected] to submit an appeal.
Changes to These Terms
Dg14 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
